We’re probably not going to recommend this for a food truck setup – you’re better off getting 2 PZ400s if you need to move that quantity.

This unit brings serious mass to your workflow. This wood pellet fired pizza oven commercial base model stacks a PZ400 model on top, allowing you to move 2 large, pellet wood-fired pizzas every 3 minutes (depending on the type, obviously). From floor to chimney it’s 61.875, which is going to require some extra special dimensions to fit this inside of a food truck or trailer. You’re likely better of with two PZ400s.
